Track Your Order
To track your order, log in to your account or use the tracking link sent to your email address.
If you haven’t received the email, please check your Junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact us at one.kisimi@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Status №…” and include your order number.
Shipping & Delivery
When placing your order, you’ll see the available shipping method, estimated delivery time, and shipping cost at checkout.
You’ll receive email notifications about any updates to your order status. You can also track your order at any time through your account.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging must be intact and unopened
- Please provide photos of the item and its packaging when submitting your return request
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Return costs
The original shipping fee is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund example:
Item price: $25
Original shipping: $8
Total paid: $33
Refund: $25 − $8 return shipping = $17
Defective or incorrect items
We’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
